Location
Nastaran 5 Residential Project is located in the Sajjad district of Mashhad, adjacent to Malek Abad Garden. The site is situated on the south side of Nastaran 5 Street and is bounded by neighboring plots to the east and west. The northern façade faces the residential fabric, while the southern façade overlooks Malek Abad Garden.
Architectural Concept
Given the square plan and the specific characteristics of the different floors, the architectural structure of the project was developed through a combination of a four-part square and a nine-part square. Accordingly, the spatial organization of the basement and ground floor is based on the four-part square, while the residential floors are organized according to the nine-part square. The overall structure of the project results from the combination and transformation of these two systems.
