Oushan Residential Complex
Location
The project is located on a polygonal site of approximately 1,650 square meters, with various irregularities and natural features. The presence of large, beautiful trees positioned at different locations throughout the site presented an interesting challenge for the design process.
At the same time, the surrounding landscape offered beautiful views that naturally drew the eye. Accordingly, the project’s structure took shape in direct dialogue with its environment, allowing the trees to remain present within the open spaces through the spatial movement between and around them. Deep, generous terraces on all sides give every unit access to elevated semi-open spaces.
